Angling Opportunities
Largemouth Bass numbers have boomed since the lake level has risen. White bass are abundant in the reservoir and provide a good fight. White crappie numbers have improved. Channel, blue, and flathead catfish are present in good numbers and sizes.

Rocky shoreline with multiple rocky points. There is an abundance of flooded terrestrial vegetation throughout the lake.
Tips & Tactics
Largemouth Bass can be found throughout the reservoir. Concentrate on the vast amount of flooded brush with Texas rig plastics. Crankbaits and topwaters work well around the rocky points and along the dam. Use electronics to locate striped bass in deep water and dead stick hair jigs and live bait. Crappie are present near the rocks in deep water and under docks.
