Angling Opportunities
Buffalo Creek Lake is a 1,576-acre reservoir offering fishing for Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie. Spring and fall are peak seasons across all species.
Cover & Structure
Flooded terrestrial vegetation can be found throughout the reservoir. Some flooded timber exists in upper end, and there's a rocky shoreline on east side near dam. Brush piles have been placed along dam face.
Tips & Tactics
Catfishing is good year round for all the major species. Crappie fishing has been productive off the dam and the east side rocky points. Largemouth bass are good fishing shallow near flooded terrestrial trees and brush with a spinnerbait using a slow retrieve.
